Digital Products

Upon successful payment, digital products (ebooks) will be delivered electronically. Digital products are provided in PDF format. You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased digital content.

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without express written permission.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and digital downloads are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once the download has been made available.

For physical products (softback books), if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Bishop@TheWordDefined.com within 30 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions in addition to ours. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's platform.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Mississippi. TheWordDefined.com and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the State of Mississippi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
